When can I expect to see results?

Every hair journey is unique. While some customers notice improvements in hydration and comfort within a few weeks, visible changes in hair growth and strength typically require consistent use over several months. Please remain consistent for at least 3 months to see progress.

When will I get my order?

Please note pre-orders for the scalp serum will take 4-6 weeks for delivery, whilst hair orders have a 7-10 working day process time, prior to shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the shipment option selected on checkout. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

What is you return policy?
